The Service Lead Report enables owners of functions or service areas to understand the resourcing for their portfolio across the university, with access to normalised results and cross-university comparisons.

Service and Function owners don't require a UFAnalytics licence to access the Service Lead Report, making it an easy way to expand access to UniForum data to a broader group of users at your university. Control who can access this report and the functional groupings they have access to using the Lead Program Manager workflow in UFAST.
