Involved with UniForum since its founding in 2009, Brett leads product management, planning and implementation for UniForum Activity Collections' new features and improvements.
Brett is responsible for our clients’ collections experience and designing and delivering continuous improvement and new feature initiatives with the key goal of ensuring customers can leverage intuitive workflows and easy-to-understand reports. Brett works collaboratively with clients and Nous Data Insights staff from all our regions and across the product development lifecycle.

Influential work

  • Managed the client-led redesign and implementation of UniForum's collection and survey platform yielding simplified and more intuitive workflows.
  • Led the client consultation, specification and roll-out of a new UniForum collection product that reduces completion effort by an average 70%.
  • Managed three rounds of procurement for complex, high-value NMR installations for a major Australian university.
  • Managed an integrated commercial, financial and legal team devising and implementing strategies to secure long-term property tenure for a communications infrastructure provider's 2000 sites.
  • Guided the updating of unfit banknote handling frameworks and protocols for a currency issuer and participating banks and currency handling providers.

Outside of Nous Data Insights

Before joining Nous Data Insights, Brett spent more than 30 years assisting private and public-sector organisations to develop and deliver critical performance improvement benefits as well as in senior management roles in corporate banking, financial services and telecommunications in the US and Australia.

Brett holds a Master of Business Administration, Australian Graduate School of Management (USyd and UNSW) and a Bachelor of Science Foreign Service (International Economics), Georgetown University and is a Graduate, Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In his spare time...

Brett enjoys travel, errant coastal walks with the family retriever and trying to keep cooking and foreign language skills up to snuff.
