Bruno leads the consulting reporting across UniForum's members in North America, translating UniForum data into actionable insights for executive leadership teams.
Bruno brings 7+ years of management consulting experience to the table, from writing strategic plans, all the way to implementation. His experience spans over multiple industries (retail, insurance, publishing, utilities and software development) as well as continents (Europe and North America). Bruno utilizes his experience to deliver service efficiency and effectiveness insights and best practices to our clients. He has a strong passion for Data Analytics and combines his analytical prowess with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Influential work

  • Delivered strategic UniForum benchmark insights into operations improvement opportunities. These insights centered around streamlining end-to-end process and service delivery model re-design.
  • Developed a budgeting model to help universities translate UniForum data into organizational budgets.
  • Supported an Operating Model review of the Human Resources Function at a U15 university in Canada by conducting stakeholder interviews and payroll data analysis.
  • Led the UniForum Service Effectiveness survey across Canadian UniForum members, which highlights Service effectiveness improvement opportunities across core university corporate, teaching and research services.
  • Analyzed key cost drivers across a core Facilities Management Service for a U15 university, enabling the function leader to assess which operational levers have the biggest impacts on efficiency.

Outside of Nous Data Insights

Bruno holds a Master of Business Economics (Honors) degree from the KU Leuven, Belgium. Bruno is trilingual (English, French and Dutch).

In his spare time...

Bruno enjoys summer sports (basketball & tennis) and winter sports (skiing). He loves exploring the Canadian wilderness by backpacking and canoeing the many lakes the country has to offer. He volunteers his time to help not-for-profits through pro-bono consulting.
