Ines has spent 4 years providing end-to-end support to members of the UniForum programme.
From aiding universities in the data collection process, through to leading in-depth analysis of the results and generating insights and recommendations for executive teams, Ines ensures universities are equipped to get the most out of their UniForum data.

Influential work

  • Managed end-to-end UniForum data collection cycle for universities, including project planning, programme team onboarding, and providing data analytics training to senior leadership.
  • Oversaw the survey process and data analysis and reporting for the Service Effectiveness Assessment, including presenting the findings to executive leadership on success stories and potential areas for improvement, including drivers of satisfaction.
  • Delivered benchmark reports to university leadership based on UniForum data, empowering universities to identify opportunities and make informed decisions to drive their strategic initiatives.
  • Led global client workshops and roundtable sessions on specific functions e.g. Marketing and Research Administration, sharing UniForum insights with SMEs and allowing universities to connect with and learn from one another.

Outside of Nous Data Insights

Ines previously worked as a case analyst in remediation at the Royal Bank of Scotland, which required forensic analysis of financial data to assist in providing a fair outcome to customers.

Ines holds a BSc International Business Management from the University of Bristol.

In her spare time...

Ines spends most of her spare time playing sport or at the gym. She also loves to try out new restaurants in London, or cook for friends at home.
